Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own Hello, i work for adp Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it
We use adp workforce now.
I would also suggest posting your question on the adp bridge I've always found the community and bridge moderators to be far more helpful & responsive than adp support Alternatively, i'm a freelancer who helps companies with their adp workforce now system If custom reports are tough to figure out, i can help with that.
How do you access an employees pay stubs on workforce I know it’s under reports but don’t remember where Now i run payroll for a large university system and we use peoplesoft (which is eh)and have adp for the tax filing, w2 and garnishments Adp is still a nightmare.
We switched from adp run to adp work force now at the beginning of the year and it was the worst decision i've ever made
I hate absolutely everything about it. We just implemented adp wfn next gen and the system itself is not at all what we were sold on It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface. I was at an organization (3k employees) that used ultipro, then went to a larger (70k employees) company that used workday, and now am in a smaller (under 1k employees) company that uses adp
It has definitely been an adjustment going from such feature rich systems to what i have now with adp wfn.
